Very Good
The air conditioning is central controlled. Can't adjust room temp yourself. Room temp setting is too high for me. Fortunately, the window can be open a little bit.

Pleasant
It's a very nice hotel, room was OK in size and it is located 1 min away from the train station.
They are re doing all the outside of the hotel which means it's all covered by scaffolding. This means you couldn't open the window and the aircon is controlled centrally and was off. This meant that the room was like a mini sauna with only a fan/humidifier to keep you cool which wasn't enough.

The hotel is just up the road from the station which is so handy.

There was nobody who spoke English so trying to arrange rooms for the group was difficult.

The hotel is not too bad. However, the bathroom is really tiny, and the bed was too hard. Breakfast was everage.
